Murphy Artworks

    Elaine Murphy's focus in painting is in two distinct areas, which she refers to as Abstract Figurative and Nouveau Deco Figurative. The abstract work is flowing and emotional in character, while the ‘nouveau’ work contains the combination of geometric designs and distinctively rendered figures that characterize classic works from the Art Deco era. Both of Murphy’s styles showcase her considerable abilities as a colorist and her innate sense of composition and design. She has exhibited her work in Europe, Mexico and the United States.
